1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Linksh ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by CHAGIL OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (Registration Code: 16360108).

By accessing or using Linksh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CHAGIL OÜ.

2. Service Description

Linksh is a business information management and sharing application that allows users to:

  • Store and organize business information (bank details, contact information, VAT numbers, etc.)
  • Create templates grouping related information
  • Share business information professionally via native device sharing
  • Manage business data efficiently

Current Service Status: Linksh is currently offered as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or modify the service offering at any time with notice.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Linksh. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years or older.

3.2 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

3.3 Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account temporarily for investigation or violations
  • Terminate your account permanently for any reason at our sole discretion
  • Remove, modify, or refuse any content at any time without notice

4. Service Features

4.1 Current Free Tier

All users have access to:

  • Storage of up to 100 items (business information entries)
  • Template creation and management
  • Native device sharing functionality
  • Multi-language support (English, Hebrew, Russian)

4.2 Service Availability

  • The Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation
  • Scheduled maintenance and downtime may occur without notice

4.3 Data Storage and Backups

  • We use commercially reasonable efforts to secure and backup your data
  • However, we do not guarantee data integrity, availability, or recovery
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of important information

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the business information, data, and content you store in Linksh. We do not claim ownership of your content.

5.2 License Grant to Us

By using the Service, you grant CHAGIL OÜ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store, process, and display your content to provide the Service
  • Create anonymized and aggregated versions of your content
  • Use anonymized data for analytics, research, and business purposes

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Content

You may NOT store, share, or use the Service for content related to:

  • Illegal activities
  • Adult content or explicit material
  • Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Malware or malicious code

6.2 Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Provided "AS IS"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAGIL OÜ'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED:

  • For free tier users: €0 (zero euros)

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Upon account deletion:

  • Your personal identifiers (name, email) are immediately removed
  • Your content is anonymized and retained in anonymized form for analytics

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app or contacting us at linksh@chagil.com.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • In-app notification
  • Prominent notice on our website
